TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
Each property owner should take precautionary measures to minimize any impacts of Hurricane Michael such as securing debris, tarps, and other similar items. If applicable in your community, we also recommend checking storm drains to make sure that they are free of debris, not blocked or clogged.
Community Managers have worked with vendors and others to secure common areas ahead of the storm.
If your property has been working with a mitigation and restoration company due to the damages caused by Hurricane Florence, please be advised that contractors have been put on notice and are making every effort to secure tarps and other mitigation attempts for the storm.
